This e-mail is sent to provide a copy of the Press Release regarding the open house for the Land Use Plan - Area Study, and the mailer being sent to all property owners within the study area and adjacent.  The open house is schedule for:

Tuesday, May 14, 2013
4:00 to 7:00
Salesian Hall on the Holy Cross Catholic Church Campus
616 South Cherry Street, Kernersville, NC

The goals of the open house is to provide the public with information on the Area Study, and to solicate comments regarding issues and opportunities for the area.  The open house format will consist of:

1.     "Register sheet" for those who wish to be contacted in the future.

2.     "Flyer" regarding the Land Use Plan - Area Study

3.     "Comment sheet" requesting the public to identify potential issues and opportunities within the study area, and to provide any questions they may have.

1.     transportation

2.     land use plans and regulations

3.     development and market conditions.
