Attached please find the agenda for the Kernersville Planning Board Meeting schedule for Monday, May 13, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers.  Also attached is the Staff Report for the Planning Board Review of Canterbury Place Apartments and the Bodenhamer Corridor Study.

Note to Planning Board:  We will be mailing you a new Staff Report tomorrow.  The Staff Report that was mailed today inadvertently has one missing section.
