Effective Thursday, November 1, 2018: the Town of Kernersville will begin using a new online permitting system.  The ViewPoint permitting system will allow you to request and pay for your permits online. You will also get your inspection results sent to your email. You can access the ViewPoint system from the Town website:    http://toknc.com/community-development/development/permits

We feel the ViewPoint system will provide you with more timely service and a better overall experience. However, we do realize it will take some time to get adjusted to it. Staff will be available to help you set up your account and walk through the process.

For existing permits issued prior to November 1st, you may continue to leave the permit number and requested inspections over the phone or via email.
