[Kernersville Planning Board] Letter From Woodfield Drive Subdivision

It has been brought to our attention that the Planning Board members received a letter from the developer for the Woodfield Drive subdivision.  We understand that this will be a drop-in meeting between 6 and 7:30 pm tomorrow night July 23.  If there are 5 or more Planning Board members together outside of Town Hall then that is considered a quorum and I would have to be there as well to take minutes.  We were not aware of this meeting until today when a Board members letter was sent to Town Hall for them.  This is considered a Special Meeting and we have to post a notice 24 hours in advance for them.  We ask that if you are going and see that there are already 4 Planning Board members, please wait outside until one leaves.  Thank you for your understanding.
