This email is being sent to inform you that the applicant for the rezoning from RS20 to RS12-S PRD (Residential, Single Family - Special Use District Planned Residential Development) for property located at 9431 County Line Road was schedule to be heard by the Planning Board February 8th.   The applicant has requested the case be continued to the Planning Board's March 8th 6:00 pm meeting.  The applicant is currently revising his site plan with updated stream and stream buffers.
