Adult Kickball Tournament CANCELLED

Kernersville, August 4th, 2009- Kernersville Parks & Recreation has cancelled the upcoming 2-day, triple-elimination, adult co-ed kickball tournament that was to be held at Beeson Park on August 8th & 9th.  Due to the low number of teams registered by the deadline, the tournament could not be played to its full potential.  If you are still interested in adult recreation, our Adult Softball leagues started yesterday at Beeson Park with 62 teams competing on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday nights.  Games are held at 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, & 9:30 p.m.  Come see the action at Beeson Park.  Admission for spectators is free and Clark's BBQ provides all of the food from the concession stand.  You can't beat free entertainment in your own backyard.
