Stranger Safety/FAST Defense

This workshop will help children deal with the adrenaline of a real life situation. Participants will learn to be prepared to use self-protection skills for avoiding and escaping an assault.
It will also work on building verbal skills, defense skills, and developing confidence.


Instructor: Elizabeth Brooks, Fitness One, F.A.S.T. Defense.
