[TRITLA] Business Associates Agreements

Hi Martha,

We require a Third Party Access Agreement for any vendor that will need access to the network.  The IT Department manages the agreements and provides the vendor/consultant with the appropriate network access.

I would like to get some information about Business Associates Agreements.

Do you get everyone that remotes in to the network to sign an agreement regardless if it's HIPPA information?

Does the IT department do them or does the department that needs the vendor do them?

If IT does them, do you do one for the entire County or just the departments?

Do you have one that you can share?
