[Tritlg] RDP and Multi-Factor Authentication

I'm looking strengthen my remote access security and I need to rework my authentication for RDP.  Two solutions I've looked at are Duo Security<http://www.duosecurity.com/> and Azure Multi-Factor Authentication<https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/multi-factor-authentication/>.

1 - Is anyone using any of these products?  If so, any thoughts?
2- What else do you recommend?
