When we tracked time/number/location and sent them to our rep per her request, she opened tickets for us. We received contradictory form responses with one saying to turn off WiFi Calling and the other one saying to turn it on. I'll try the HD Voice thing and see how that goes. Thanks for the response!

We have had similar issues here in Asheboro. Our Verizon rep told us that activating the HD Voice feature (it's free) should alleviate the problems. So far we have not had any more complaints of dropped calls from anyone after adding  HD Voice.

For those of you on Verizon for cell phone service, have you had any issues with dropped, missed, and straight to voicemail calls over the past 6 months or so? Our service up here in the borderlands has been significantly degraded.
