Good morning,

I would like to know if you are using or know of a program that is web-based, allow multiple users access, added their own section, and not edit someone else's sections of a document.  Specifically, Annual Report.  Our County Manager would like to have all departments use the same format when submitting their annual reports.  He would like it to the web-based, access controls, and when final print out one large document.

Do any of you do this now or know of something that would do this?
