[TRITLA] Video Conferencing

Forsyth County is using Google Meet for our Board Meetings.  Public Session
is being handled by calling into a call-queue, which our Clerk then answers
via speaker phone and is transmitted into the Google Meet conference via
her computer microphone.  Only staff are on the Google Meet conference.  We
are Live Streaming the Google Meet conference via our in-house broadcast
production equipment (Newtek Tricaster TC1), and streams on Vimeo Live and
Facebook Live.
